Shipping policy

The Volley Zone currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We ship orders on regular business days (Monday-Friday). All orders have the choice of being shipped using major parcel carriers and the United States Postal Service. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and orders placed late in the day may not ship out until the following business day. Delivery estimates are provided by parcel carriers and USPS as a guidance only, and unforeseen real world factors may alter or delay package arrivals.

All carrier shipping guidelines apply to our shipments including, but not limited to shipping times, delivery standards, and more. The Volley Zone is not responsible for packages stolen from a residence (neither is the carrier). The Volley Zone is not responsible for issues with shipping carriers.
